A New Way to Think about Creativity

According to Elizabeth Gilbert, author of bestseller “Eat, Prey, Love”, instead of the few and rare who “are” genius, we all “have” a genius. Very entertaining talk. Check out the reference to Tom Waits (apparently she interviewed him some time in the past).

  1. Ha, ha, ha.
    That’s true!
Inspiration sometimes doesn’t come at an opportune moment, especially with music.
You are doing something else and must tell the infinite to call later. You must talk to the thin air, or the wall in front of you to speak your mind, to release your emotion.
It’s difficult to grasp music, to keep it in your mind when you are creating, it is much easier to remember words than tunes.
    Don’t you think so?
