Advice Column: The special dress

200px-featherI’ve been dreaming about this special day for almost a year, but nowadays things have changed dramatically.

My best friend is going to get married next weekend and my own version of Brad Pitt is going to be there with his sexy tuxido.

I’ve kept a wonderful “Valentino” for this ocassion but I was really horrified when I realised that I’ve gained a few kilos and the dress does not fit me any more, and now I look like a MORSE!.

  1. It’s a difficult situation.
    You can try a strict diet and doing some exercise to loose those few kilos you’ve gained if you want that dress to fit you.
    Or you can go to a boutique and buy a new one for that wedding. There are no more options.

  2. Taking into account that the wedding is next weekend, I’m afraid that you’ve only got one option: to buy a new dress!

    Lose weight in four o five days is going to be pretty dificult, rather imposible!
    So, don’t worry if you can’t wear your “Valentino”. Look for an elegant posh dress which really fits you ¡and makes you feel sexy. A stylish hairdo and a bit of make up and…you’ll be ready to impress him!

  3. I know a “Valentino” costs the earth, but it’s important to avoid that people make fun of you (above all your “Brad Pitt”). Buying a new dress which fits you and make you feel confident is the best you can do.

  4. Don’t worry, girl, you’ve got the opportunity to lose weigh, you have got a week to do it, but please DO NOT get obssesed, and try to eat healthy food. your Valentino and your Brad will be there for you in a week, so pull yourself together, and just do it!

  6. In my opinion the only thing you can do is to buy a new dress, it’s too late to lose those kilos and if you wear the dress you have you will probably look ridiculous.

  7. Well, it will seem a stupid thing, but in one week yo can lose about 5 kilos if you do the things like I´m going to tell you.
    The first thing that you have to do is to have a glass of milk and an orange juice at 7 o´clock in the morning.During the rest of the day you can´t eat nothing.However you can dring water.
    The other thing that you have to do is yo have a walk everyday of the week.Maybe it would be fine if you walk 2 or 3 hours a day.You can try to run, but you won´t resist very much because you won´t have food in your stomach.

    If you don´t want to lose 5 kilos, sorry but you have to buy a new dress. Bye!!!
